         The Scheme is implemented by RMSA, as per the instructions given by the Ministry of Human Resource Development Government of India. Under UDISE 2016-17 state has identified 48532  students in 10132  schools under this scheme. The State is planning to involve Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) having experience in the field of education of the disabled for identification and enrollment all identified CWSN.

The state also will solicit guidance and help from different agencies working in this area for effective implementation of this scheme.

Linkages with the different Ministries/Organizations like Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment; Government of India, Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), and National Trust etc. will help in creating convergence of resources and funds for addressing the needs of children with disabilities. Coordination committees at various levels i.e. State.


State governments is involving different ministries like ministry of social justice, social welfare, commissioners of disabilities, RCI, ministry of sport & culture, etc. all these ministries are helping in planning and implementation.
